I don’t think it’s just me - other players in the match also said they were underground at the start of the game. The match ended after a couple of minutes without anyone actually getting in the air.
This happened repeatedly, until I gave up for the night.
I for sure want more details - never encountered this bug before so I am interested.

The one similar glitch that ive encountered was my Sea Meteor getting stuck on some invisible ledge during take off. The poor thing could not escape spawn on air realistic mode. Strangely no one else on my team had any issues that match. Granted this was several months ago and I have not encountered such issues since.
