Can you convert the Mail to PDF via the Print option and post that? We need it this way for the report
After that you can hide your Personal data with this
Edit: just the full mail from Diehl is allready enough as its an first hand Primary source

Snipped screenshots of emails cant be verified. Anyone clould fabricate these. So for anyone who has not been following the topic, its a standard thing that we would never except.
Emails should always be attached via PDF form.
Proof of that should then be shared in the report. Otherwise it will again be assumed you do not.

Even with the permission we need the full email in PDF from straight from the email client you use. Otherwise its just a screenshot with words.

Can any of the mods or managers or Gaijin themselves please explain how 1. A mail from Diehl is an unknown source and 2. It is marked as “not a bug”, despite having sources directly from the producer proving that the values in game are wrong?
