I think IRL you can have 4 launcher vehicles per one radar vehicle if i remember correctly

Ive been enjoying clearing the skies so far (Got a game where I could get into the EF cause of my air kills :D). If the proxy bug gets fixed, itll be a must get for CAS AND Munitions.
I think it’s time they actually let us play both SPAA and tanks at the same time, similar to how we can switch from our tanks/vehicles to the nuke plane without having to “J out”.
I’ve seen this a couple of times too, there is footage of Ukraine’s SLM command truck having a thermal image being displayed on a monitor, while in game we are forbidden such feature because the command truck is not modeled in game.

SLM is worse than i wish – its guidance ratios and interception issues make it even less effective than older AA systems. Against the new AAs, I found Pantsir-S1 remains the strongest.
Only Russian mains might struggle temporarily. They exploited weak enemy AA before, but now must learn to play properly. What I achieve with KH29s, KH38s accomplish far more easily.
Just asking, did u purposefully target SLM launchers or was that just what u found and launched at? Also what is the sort of reward u get from killing launchers, since they don’t technically ‘die’ from it, like a crit in ARB?
At least for me, SLM’s performance is surprisingly amazing, but it has a stronger dependence on maps because it needs to find a good place to hide the launch vehicle

There’s a universal tactic: Right after spawning, use your IR pod to spot enemy AA positions, or have teammates mark them with drones. (Spawn points are currently farther from the battlefield than before). Immediately descend to low altitude for terrain masking against radar. When approaching the combat zone, suddenly climb and rapid-fire GPS-guided munitions or FnF weapons at the AA. Regarding rewards – as shown above – launchers currently share the same scoring logic as drones: You can get points for ‘killing’ them.
My opponents might just be less experienced. Since I haven’t unlocked the SLM myself yet, I can’t fully gauge its capabilities. :) But based on test server results, it performs well against slower targets like Mavericks, yet struggles significantly against high-speed threats like the KH-38s.

Also, keep in mind there are 2 ways of killing which end with the Same SL
Instant Kill example Pilot snipe, you get Instant 100% reward
Via Severe Damage which gaves you 80% reward and if the plane dies/chrashes from you another 20%
