yeah on youtube and stuff people praise for finally getting better spaa
oh what do they know
i mean they are certainly better in some ways, to what those nations had before
i mean technically they are “better” than what those nations had before just not better than the glorious pantsir
Okay, so you hold the position it isn’t a 50G missile? And its more than that?
Surely you hold that position based on some evidence right?
If you have that evidence (provided its safe to use of course) why wouldn’t you just use it in a report?
40G is already good but missile never has energy to use it
Let’s see… struggles against munitions (See vids already posted here), 710m/s top speed vs the Pantsir’s 1300m/s (Stat card anyways), Pantsir has fantastic guns, and to top it off of course the gigantic SLM missile also just has less explosive mass too (4.5kg vs 5.5kg). Laughably underperforms
did you perhaps already look the the post from yesterday with the iris-t SL speeds and new sources? were realy none of them atleast a secondary source?
it feels like you are our only hope here
the fact that we dont know if it was an actual tech mod or just a alpha QA team tester that denied this makes it hard to tell how legit the “not enought info” is
we’ll never know i guess
gunjob seems to be fair, and as far as i can tell he had a look at some other reports that were initialy declined ( from people that realy shouldnt be allowed to do so in my optinion, example:
Spoiler
claiming diehl itself isnt a primary source
)and then accepted
i hope they fix these SAM systems. but i don’t have much hope though
76 kg vt-1 that transports 13kg of explosvies at 1250 m/s.
Gaijin logic:
big missile = slow
Fun Fact, Tor M1 and HQ17 Missiles are bigger and heavier but faster then the SLM Missile
Here is the link to that report btw: Community Bug Reporting System . I realized the post you replied to didn’t have it linked and there are so many messages in here and so many links that finding it would be a bit of a hassle so i thought i’d link it :)
Devs response: Thank you for the report. After the review, the source talks exclusively about DIRCM, very limited information about laser IRCM.
Incoherent DIRCMs are indeed ineffective against IIR seekers. However, laser IRCMs are designed to blind such seekers. Thus, the influence of laser IRCM on IIR seeker is an intended feature.
However currenting in dev server, the effectiveness of laser DIRCM is too high. by the release of the patch we will slightly adjust the necessary time and distance for successful suppression of seeker with IIR.
We are also considering adding limitations to DIRCM to suppress multiple missiles at the same time, ie, it should not be possible to suppress more missiles than the number of turrents available at the same time, but this will take time.

Those are obviously marketing lies.
