More info on the M60A1 upgrade, supposedly called Soleiman-402.
Features ERA blocks at turret & hull front, spaced armor at turret sides and rear, Shtora-like jammers, RCWS with CITV and a meteorological sensor mast.

I think the upper hull of the tank has a composite screen on it, similar to Turkish M60. Though the addition of ERA on the lower plate is an interesting choice tbh, given that many tanks simply chose not to cover it.
Also, I’ve noticed that the gun seems to be different from the usual 105 mm due to the seemingly longer length and what appears to be a second muzzle break. Perhaps this is a new, domestic version of the 105 mm?
Overall, pretty rad-looking tank tbh.
This could be a good candidate for a squadron vehicle

The F-14 is at the end of the day built by the Americans though i don’t disagree with you since the US TT may not be the best fit of it. Also the US isn’t really starved with vehicles to choose from in terms of event vehicles

No better option currently in-game, like how Israeli vehicles were first added across USA and UK.
US fighter, sold by the US, to a US ally (at the time), etc.

And who built all those Soviet aircraft in the German, UK, Italian, Swedish and other tech trees?
I’m sure Iranian players never wanted this kind of representation.

If manufacturer is the one with the rights on aircrafts, and not the nations that operated them, then Soviet tech tree should get back all those soviet aircraft in German, UK, Swedish, Italian tech trees.
I’m sure there were better options then adding Iranian aircraft to the already largest Air Tech Tree in the game (and the one that already has two other F-14s).

Israel prior to being it’s own TT had vehicles in the UK & US TT’s, Same goes for France prior to being added had vehicles in the British TT, Italy before it was a TT it acted as a subtree of Germany
One vehicle in a TT doesn’t exclude a nation from having their own TT
