I understand that facing F-15E, Rafale while flying with F-14A can be a frustrating experience.
But as long as F-14A IRIAF keeps that damn fakour, there is no way to send it down, if we consider former stats when it was 12.3 and 12.7.
Sending it down without removing Fakour will make the F-14A USN even more worthless.
Decompressing or Minor weaponry improvement could be better for solving this problem than just buffing IRIAF down.
