Its better for 1 plane to be bad than 1 plane to ruin an entire bracket.
Things can change with decompression, but right now after the sale 12.7 is absolutely clubbing 12.0 basically every single match, its absolute downtier city and BR system is barely working and we more or less have soft brackets right now at certain br ranges.

It’s not viable to bring its BR down. Maybe a couple extra Fakours on the wing pylons and/or some better IR missiles would make it feel better, but it will still suffer from only having 60 CMs and VERY hot engines.
It was 12.3 at first and fakours cant just pull few more Gs. They accelerate much better, among other things.
and issue was never 12.3 or 12.7 planes facing it.
issue was it was too oppresive against 11.3 and 11.7 planes.

F90s don’t care what BR the enemy is.
They do tho. There are far more chances of getting a kill when your enemy struggles to reach Mach 1.2 at altitude and has an RWR that can’t ID the sources of radiation, or has 60 Countermeasures and probably carries 10 chaff
Still, people expect people to be launching AIM120s from much closer than the F90 that has been launched anywhere between 60-80KM out. It catches people off-guard. I’m all for better IR missiles, though.
To be fair fakour is the best ARH in game.
How?
It is fastest
It is best at defeating multipathers due to warhead
It has best range
Best against people who don’t pop chaff or notching, which can easily defeat ARHs that relies on volume anyway.
Then we have Su-27SM that has R-77s at 13.7 that are limited within 8km because they are essentially airbrakes… against approaching enemies on full AB
The IRIAF F-14A is in a weird position, it’s incredibly weak at 13.0 simply because of the lack of countermeasures and poor situational awareness (no MAWS and God awful RWR) but if it was to be moved down to 12.7 it would cause havoc on 11.7 vehicles again.
The best solution would be to upgrade the vehicle itself with either a better RWR or more potent missiles like the R-73E, there has also been proposals to upgrade the vehicle IRL iirc with Russian avionics and if true I wouldn’t be against the addition of those in-game for said IRIAF F-14A.
It at its current state shouldn’t be able to fight Eurofighters as well, we need decompression

IDK why but farkours kill me more than any other fox 3 launched at 20km+. Im sure it has some skill issue problems on my end but these seem to get me more than aim120 for sure. I think its just because you have less time to react.

Have more than 100 plus matches with mirage f1c yet to have a single 12.0 match all are either 12.7 or 13.0 su33 F2 f18 🥀 j37 with rb99 🥀 man I feel molested with those r530f only thing keeping me sane is magic 2
