It is probably all the bad coding, poor optimisation, server lag and connection issues.
Always remember that what you are seeing has no resemblance at all to what information and view the sever has.
Just another great Gaijin feature of a poor game.

I understand that a second or two of desync can happen, but not a 10 or 30 second delay
