While the new wiki isn’t the best in this regard there is still something similar that can be used for things like this:
Though i do wish the weapons were searchable and had their own info pages in the same way vehicles currently do.

Biggest problem i have with the wiki is still the lack of what we had in the old one…
just the tips and tricks / what enemy to avoit / the general strenght of a vehicle, written often by players that played it was a hughe thing for me personally, this is completely lacking in the new one.
And if u try to copy/paste from the old one or write a new tips and tricks text, u get blocked by who ever is reviewing the text.
Rating by players is also smt that really helps no one, as long as u cant rate it ingame with like 50sl bonus, no one is going to rate it anyway and with 50 people rating a vehcile but 600.000 playing it every month… well…
And then there is the Ammo storage priority list… we had in the old forum for alot of tanks the info on how many shells to load for every single storage compartment, giving you an instand view on how many shells to load before exposing the ammo to critical location…
or having simple tables about the ordinance and how they perfom… old wiki yes, new one no…
its all gone now…
and the new one also really pisses me off by having a vertical layout that is so insane narrow for no reason… the old one already had a ton of free space on the side but the new one is awfull.
and i dont think gaijin will ever make it good again… what gone is, is gone… give the players as minimal info as possible, so they dont know how bad smt is. Every time i try to help new players into the game i have to tell them that it is now harder to learn then ever, it was never easy but now u really need to ask some vets or get lost, partically thanks to this new wiki.
ps: man this vertical shit layout really pisses me off… try to read through the crew artice (which is unneccesary hard to find in the first place)… u really get a headace trying to read a long artice with like 1/4 of the monitor wide text boxes.
Just found another nice feature of the old wiki that was lost. Because the way that tables for ammunition were laid out on the old wiki, you could easily compare the different types of ammunition a vehicle had.
Now you can only see their type (AP, APHE, HEAT, HE, HESH etc.) and their penetration, on the quick glance at the table for comparison.
Before there were the same table, but also a second table that listed other usefull stuff, such as their velocity, fuse sensitivity, ricochet angles and their explosive mass.
Example with the VIDAR:

From a quick glance of the new wiki, you would not be able to tell, that OF F3 is a better round than M107, because of its velocity, and therefore a player that just bought the vehicle, and looked it up on the wiki, might not have realised that they should be using OF F3 over M107.
Granted, with the new wiki you are now able to see an even more detailed stats of each type of ammunition, but you can only do each round individually.
But at the same time, for vehicles that uses belt of ammunition, such as AFVs or SPAAs, you are not able to see what the individual stats of each bullet in the belt are. Compared to the old wiki, where for multiple belt fed cannons, you were able to see on the individual guns page, what the stats were for the individual shell in the belt, such as the HE filler and penetration for the individual APDS, APCR or HE rounds etc.
Example, being on the 35mm armed Gepard SPAA:
