Ever since the addition of the Leopard 2A5, 6 and 7 which all sit together at 12.0, Leopard 2A4 has been facing a lonely situation, making it the only 10.7 German vehicle on the German tech tree, apart from the premium variant and the Vilkas, which can only be acquired paying.
I know there are already 2A4 variants, but they are event vehicles, and not all of us had the chance of getting them… I think adding a couple of 2A4 in a folder on the standard 2A4 would be a nice addition, making 10.7 a bit more interesting for German players. Just like the Panther A, G, and F, which are all the same but are an option for those who like to play certain vehicles.
There’s the Leo 2A0, A1, A2 etc available as well for a potentially lower BR or foldered with the 2A4. It’d be nice if more nations got 10.3’s to counter the thicc Soviet line-up.

How about we don’t copypaste the same tank 8 more times as gaijin has already done? Instead of getting different leopard variants all we ever got were 2a4…

well I think more options always make solid line-ups. Just like the Sherman, Panzer IV, and T-34. I know gaijin gets a lot of complain from repeating vehicles but personally I think it’s ok as long as they are foldered.
It’s not ok because (and the damage is already done, never to be fixed) it dillutes every tech tree to be the exact same experience while also eliminating any variety you would see in the matchmaker. Gone are the days of fighting specific NATIONS and in are the days that you fight WoT style arcade mixed games. It would have been far better if they had at least tried to put unique variants.
