how are people doing instant repair while moving? or is that just a premium thing
I can guarantee you it is not a premium thing. Don’t worry about that.

Define “instant repair”
instant repair as in i shot the barrel it showed that it was fully dead rushed the guy a clean 1v1 but he still shot me even with a fully dead barrel. or engine full dead but he can still move ect ect ect. also i guess when your commander and gunner is dead that same person can still fire and shoot the cannon of his tank with only a driver alive?
This is called “Getting Gaijined”. Get used to it. It happens alot.
He was probably nearly done repairing when you knocked out his barrel, which only added a small repair time.
If he can move, the engine is not dead. Teammates can also repair each other, so that’s a possible explanation.
