Ive become a bug reporter only in the last year. I research and often spend my own personal money on documents to get vehicles made more accurate and work with others to achieve that goal.
china isnt being singled out here, we all deal with crap on the CBR website. A friend of mine recently did a report relating to the Yak-9K with perfect sources yet it got shot down due to a moderators bias.
Nobody said anything about “only”, I am glad you recognize the mistreatment to the Chinese, and we are only protesting the issues we have not being fixed.
The severity of the issue on the other hand is somewhat debatable.
Again, everyone has issues, most people know this, nobody is special, but that shouldn’t be a reason for nobody to speak up.
The entire incident stemmed from a cascading series of issues. The fundamental demands of Chinese tech tree players were for a more reliable issue review process and equipment data restoration, as well as a large number of accumulated issues (according to a rough count, over 80). Consequently, by early September, there was already a strong outcry within the Chinese community demanding official action.
On September 11th, officials issued a post in the Chinese community to reassure Chinese tech tree players, stating that they were collecting questions and would respond later in the month. Of course, I’m not sure if this September 11th post has an English version.
This English post is the English version of the Chinese response to the aforementioned issues. A corresponding post also exists in the Chinese forum.
However, the entire post completely avoids the fundamental issue—a more level playing field and a more reliable issue review mechanism—that Chinese tech tree players demand. Instead, it focuses on currently lower-priority issues, which has led to some friction among players.
I believe all players desire a more equitable environment for enjoying the game. Personally, I think if all players unitedly demanded an explanation from Gaijin, addressed the fundamental issues, and stepped up efforts to address the crucial issues of equipment data, game balance, issue review, and the delays in implementing approved issues, it would be a positive development not only for the Chinese tech tree but for all players.
Let’s collectively call for a fair gaming environment and demand an answer from Gaijin.
Guys break it up, end of the day it isn’t about the Chinese or the West, it’s about how Gaijin handles reports and then throw them into the shredder. I’ve made mentions to Smin a few times that the more modern stuff gets added, the harder it gets to report them and it is better to just take brochure values at face value until more sources comes out. They are the ones that chose this path of chaos.
Anyway, Im not against for the chinese to protest for their bug fixes, im just mad bc of the vt4 hypocrisy.
Everyone has the right to protest against bias desisions from gaijin
The Chinese community didn’t get anywhere by being civil, we are just trying some alternatives. The Chinese was polite at first, we didn’t get that back, so now we pull out our fists, and they blame us for not being civil.
This blind trust of the mods is just aiding their arrogance. Your patience is being taken as softness, don’t let them take advantage of your mercy.
If you have alternatives I’m sure a lot of people will be happy to hear it.
in the end, we matter, all of us matter, not just the Chinese community.
Bro, if you like how things are, that’s fine, the some of us are not, so we decided to do something about it. If you don’t like what we’re doing, that’s also fine, but the boomerang will come back sooner or later to you if we fail.
Please do some research, go look at the long list of disapproved issues (not only for the Chinese TT, but literally for everyone), look at how imbalanced the game is at certain tiers, then come back and tell everyone how bravo sierra I am.
That stuff has already been listed in a number of posts and replies, it’s not your fault you haven’t seen any of those, but as you probably noticed a lot of people have and they are now protesting against gaijin for this.
Edit: Also, those tend to be taken down pretty quickly, my other topic discussing the reaction of the Chinese community didn’t survive the first day without being deleted and hidden, despite my efforts to keep everything civil and rule abiding.
Even though the game strikes by the Chinese and review bombs by the entire community have worked before, I’ll respect your opinion.
The reaction of the community for the recent blowout panel rumor/issue has already proven us right, but we can wait and see for something else you choose to not ignore.
