infantry - thats going to get A LOAD of players into the game , and honestly, i feel pretty good about it. this is because the infantry is supposed to have a seperate mode and isn’t supposed to interfere with the original modes.also, i feel this may be better than Battlefield 6 due to the crazy amount of options you can do.

High hopes will only lead to greater disappointment if it turns out kinda mid, lets set the bar a bit lower, like Enlisted, very realistic standard

I’d assume they are using gaijin’s “active matter” game as the engine/base for it.
They already have fps in that. The works like 80% done making it a war thunder infantry game.
I even saw tanks in that game’s release video.

its first person only for the entire gamemode yeah, (infantry, tanks, helis)
however there might be settings to tone down the sway like there is for planes with the sense of flight slider

I expect it to be unbalanced. Poorly designed maps. Insane grind. A lot of unique cool guns paywalled.

If I can’t play as the jsdf, I’m not going to touch it. Also I’d like to see a combination of enlisted and squad. Squads organization and raw gameplay, with enlisteds progression or whatever. I’m just pulling this out my ass.
I’d also like to see bigger maps then enlisted and smaller maps the squad.

definantly, i’d expect sth like a old Al barash map size, with relative balence in building density
also i do want to have the possibility of running logi and placing supply for deployable wepon and reinforcements, which gives much better playability for mordern war compared to WWII in enlisted

I expect a 125 mm HE round to turn infantry into red soup with little crumbs!! If only I had a straw!!
I expect the M2A3 or A4 with TOW-BB missiles.
also it only takes 6.5s to load!
