INFANTRY COSMETICS DISCUSSION
With the second test run of infantry approaching, I wanted to start a dedicated discussion focused specifically on cosmetics.
This thread is for anything related to visual customization similar to how we already have skins for tanks, aircraft, and naval units, but applied to infantry.
Possible ideas could include:
- Weapon skins
- Uniform variations
- Face masks and helmets
- Face paint
- Hats and headgear
- Tattoos or insignia
Basically, anything that allows for personalization without affecting gameplay. It also opens up a clear avenue for Gaijin to introduce monetization in a way that doesn’t impact balance. How it should be implemented is also up to interpretation as well.
Curious to hear what kinds of customization options everyone would like to see.

No mod would ban me for that it would mean they cant read. @Timo_YT the joke being if the skins go the full way of fortnite which I’m not trying to suggest or start a discussion from you would have clowns, anime girls, and bananas running around not troopers.
Sounds good Tattoos could have some cool drip nothing inappropriate. I know this is from a movie but its got some drip.

Though a Clown Face paint as a unlockable is a must its a classic cant beat it. Some level of unrealistic is okay for fun.

I dont think this skin would be a good idea, it would be just like fortnite or COD, nothing really intresting, for me, I think that will be cool to have the skin like for the tank (desert cammo, winter cammo, jungle cammo, ecc.)

its a nuclear bomber helmet, it protect the pilots eyes, becouse the blast is so bright it will burn your retnas aka you go blind

It’s the PLZT EEU-2/P Anti-Flash Blindness Goggles. They are used by the US bomber crews in the event of dropping nuclear ordnance.
IIRC they are used by the crew of the FB-111, B-52, B-1, and B-2.
