Background
The SS2 (short for Senapan Serbu 2, ‘Assault Rifle 2’) is a replacement for the Pindad SS1 created by Pindad. The SS2 is claimed to have a more ergonomic design, be resistant to high humidity, be lighter, and offer greater accuracy. The rifle uses standard NATO 5.56×45 mm ammunition and has a dry weight of 3.8 kg; for reference, the early SS1 variant had a dry weight of 4.01 kg. In 2006, the Indonesian Army (TNI-AD) purchased 10,000 SS2 rifles. Initially available in three basic versions (the standard SS2-V1 rifle, the SS2-V2 carbine and the SS2-V4 para-sniper), it is now also available in a subcompact version, the SS2-V5, which was introduced in 2008.
The SS2 was first ordered by the Indonesian military in 2002 and 2003.[2] It was subsequently announced that the rifle was launched in 2005, and 150 SS2-V4 rifles were purchased in 2007. An SS2 with a fixed stock, known as the SS2-V3, was to be produced by Pindad, but the project was scrapped.
The Indonesian Army ordered 15,000 SS2s to replace their stock of SS1s in 2005, with an additional order for 10,000 SS2s in 2006. Its first combat use was by Indonesian troops armed with the SS2 in Aceh.

Why we should get this assault rifle as 3D Decoration?
With the upcoming Indonesian Tank coming to Japan Tech Tree i think it is a good decoration that can be added as regular event or gambling box to the game and since SS2 Carbine is used by Indonesian army tank crewmen it is would be a proper decoration for upcoming Indonesian tank.
