Indestructible base in arcade air conquest mode (vietnam) again

I have encountered an indestructible base in Air Conquest mode several times during the last days.
It was a respawning base, not an initial one. So far, I only found it on Vietnam.

This is from a Sicily map:

As you can see, the base marker shows no sign of damage, but the bomb clearly hit, and flattened the buildings (graphic effect).

Is this the same effect you encountered?

I was too high up to see if buildings collapsed, but yes, there was no damage to the base.
