Wait guys, they mentioned ground vehicles but not planes, does that mean top tier planes will remain 13.0 in ground battles or will they be pushed up too?
The changes have already been implemented.
Aircraft for GRB still have a max BR of 13.0.

Sometimes I feel like BR should be also based on the weaponry of the vehicle.
Also can you finally rework and ease helicopter grind? Ever since the addition of more damage it is brutally difficult to use them in real close air support role as scratch will disable its weaponry.
Some helicopters should be in one folder.
US: UH-1B with UH-1C
GER: BO 105 PAH-1 with BO 105 PAH-1A1
USSR: Mi-24V with Mi-24P
China: Z-9W with Z-9WA
Italy: Mi-24D with A.109EQA-2
Research requirements for helicopters should be slashed

funnily enough, Type 90’s stick on 11.7, mbt 2000 is 11.7 , same goes on challengers…
And one french copter is still in 12.3 and having F&F missiles

Now the amount of rp you get from a battle with a top tier tank is reduced significantly. I had a 15% RP booster activated 8 kills 2 assists game and got 5758 RP. Before the update with the same lineup i had 2 more plane kills and got 9730 RP without any boosters. I also feel like thats unfair but then again i guess i should buy premiums instead of whining xD.

Challenger 2E and BN need to be 12.3 (though why they moved at all is confusing)
Challenger 3TD needs a 5 second reload if it’s going to be 12.0. otherwise just delete it
M1A1 should be 11.7

This is over all great, moving potent SAMs higher lets pre-top tier CAS be of an actual use. However there are still unresolved problems. It concerns some SAMs and their pretty terrible state that makes them not as effective as their compatriots. As well as all FnF capable helicopters. And also sweet spot that was 12.0 for ground.
Solution is to increase ground BR to 13.7-14.0 for CAS exclusively(like it was done before with 13.0). Send top tier CAS and new FnF helis up. Once again creating a sweet spot for top tier ground where they might not see top tier CAS.

M1A1 should 100% be 11.7 or 12.0.
The M1A1 HC and its counterparts should be 12.3.

Top tier CAS needs to be moved up, SAMs need heavy reworks and the non-dircm F&F helis need to go back to 12.3
Go look at tiger UHT and French equivalent.
Then compare to Mi-28s.
Needless to say Spyder and some other vehicles.
