At a lot of battle ratings Air to ground attack aircraft can absolutely dominate games to the point where its just not fun for people playing tanks.
A couple of changes I would like to see made to give people more options to counter ground strikers.
Reduce the spawn point cost of planes but increase the spawn point cost of bomb payloads. This will keep the spawn cost of ground attackers the same as they are now but allow people to more readily spawn planes without ground attack ability as dedicated air defence.
Move the airfield away from the air spawn so that there is a large open area between the air spawn and the tank combat area where it is possible for planes to intercept each other and engage each other without NPC auto AA getting in the way.
Recent updates has continue to show that they doesn’t care about players who enjoyed playing ground vehicles, first they added this minimap thing for CAP/CAS to help them see ground vehicles better, then like two days ago they also reduced half the total ammunition of top mounted 50 cal mg and then fix the non-overheating issues, all these update screams anti ground and further make it even more annoying to play ground vehicles. But they said they will focus on SPAA this year, we will see how that one goes, but don’t get the hopes up as they ALWAYS disappoint ground mains. They even go as far as deleting my posts as I just merely voice out my concerns with such updates in a sarcastic way lol
I’m against the reduction of sp required to spawn any type of air units, because it would result in lightly armoured vehicles getting strafed repeatly or armoured vehicle getting tracks broken repeatly, I have had plane repeatedly broke my engine and I get stuck for 2 minutes straight only for him to do it for the 6th pass then kamikazi his dumbass into my tank and blow me up. Do you know how annoying it is?
