Incorrect penetration and damage of HESH projectiles

while playing on Centurion AVRE, I noticed that HESH projectiles regularly do not penetrate and do not damage equipment that they are almost guaranteed to penetrate. I have no idea what caused these errors in the calculation of penetration and damage, but I ask that they be corrected.

HESH has been bugged for years. There are several bug reports open for months and even years.
AVRE used the be my favorite vehicle but now its completely useless.

I started to document the downfall of HESH 3 years ago. It pretty much insane how long its broken and it even got massively worse by now.
