With the recent second testing of infantry, I am placing forward discussion posts to explore potential equipment and mechanics this one focused on incendiary weapons such as flamethrowers, Molotov cocktails, and other flame-based tools.
The core idea behind incendiaries is area denial and sustained pressure, rather than instant elimination. Unlike standard explosives, these weapons would focus on creating fire zones that persist over time, forcing players to reposition, avoid certain routes, or risk damage by pushing through. This could add another layer of tactical gameplay, especially in urban environments, chokepoints, and defensive scenarios.
Examples of Incendiary Equipment
Flamethrowers (e.g., M2 Flamethrower, LPO-50)
Molotov cocktails (improvised incendiary)
Incendiary grenades (e.g., AN-M14 TH3)
White phosphorus grenades/smoke/shells/bombs (dual smoke/incendiary effects)
Incendiary rifle grenades
Vehicle-mounted flamethrowers (flame tanks or support vehicles)

If you got some ideas feel free to share them on how Incendiary Equipment could change WarThunder infantry and what equipment could be brought into the game.
If you go into a low tier test drive with something like a Churchill Crocodile, when using the flamethrower against the SPAA near the spawn, once the vehicle is set alight, the crew disappears, this is commonly theorized to be because showing crewmen on fire could bring the age rating to 17+, which would be bad for the player base since there are a lot of people younger than 18 here, because of this, it would be unlikely for Gajjin to add flamethrowers for infantry
There is a soviet cold war flame tank since the idea is you can bring any vehicle into infantry that would include that. Also there are flame tanks and regular flamthrowers in enlisted
PM-1 Flame Tank Czechoslovakian Flame Thrower tank (Start 1946)
Could be a warsaw pact sub tree vehicle for USSR/Russia as a unlockable I would suggest a squad vehicle for infantry support vehicle due to its Czechoslovakian origin but also its German connection (reused equipment)
3rd prototype
A mix of a modified police water cannon turret turned flame thrower and a modified Hetzer hull.
