what is the battery life of 9M317MA ? in some sources its 80 seconds and in some its 90 seconds , in game its 80s atm but i feel like the missile is already performing upto its standards or even over performing and the explosive mass is still lower than what’s stated in most of the sources.
Do you have sources for MA?
Strange… one is accepted to “able to intercept targets flying within the multipath threshold”…

…but the other isn’t…

both use articles/magazines as sources…
One uses Printed magazines, other uses websites. Websites that are not for manufacturer or government are not considered reliable.
The scan elevation of the TELAR was changed to 0° - 60°. Anyone know why? All the sources I have seen mention it being either -5° or 0° to +85°.
As that is its autonomous search zone
It is still only partially correct, as it should be narrower over elevation of 20, and should take 5 seconds in total.
-5 to 80 are limits of tracking, while 0 to 85 are limits in which the designation search zone can be preformed.
Does anyone know the elevation and azimuth speeds of the Buk-M3 launcher? The current settings feel a bit fast. It’s fine if they match the real system.
IDK why, but the style in these diagrams reminds of the Pansir-S1 manuals.
Also, they added a keybind for switching between autonomous and group sensor control. If you use autonomous sensor mode while controlling the TELAR and press the radar lock keybind in 3rd person, it will scan the sky without needing a designation from the search radar, which is epic.
Did you need to message a tech mod for your reports?
Nah. At least i do not 90% of the time.
Weird, I usually have to ask someone, otherwise the reports just sit there.
You just have to get lucky tbh. Many of my reports also sit untouched for days, weeks, months, only to be randomly accepted. The fact it is dev server helps for sure, as they are looking out for bugs.
I think, sometimes, the way I write the reports is convoluted (though, I often report on weird bugs) and that makes people not wanna read them, lol.
Same… been patiently waiting on my reports on the f16i to be looked at just to see other reports be instantly given an answer. Like at least say if it’s not a bug or something
The report argument is based on immunity provided by the multiple radars but it’s not even that . The seeker itself is capable of filtering notching and multipathing as it employs monopulse receiver filtering technique ( like R-27ER ) .
Do you have any info on those about the missiles minimum height engeigment? Everywhere I’m seeing that its 15m, while in game its like 50ish because of mulipathing which is kinda BS for such modern missiles, they are def able to filter out all the ground clutter. They accepted the Aster 30’s removal of mulipathing, so I think if we get proper non website sources, it’d be amazing.
Multipathing is currently set to be the same for all radar missiles.
i found this but its for 9M317ME ship variant (shtil-1) which says 5m is the min height engagement range but idk if they will accept it.
multipath is game convention not reportable
they accepted the bug report for aster 30 , so they may remove it.
