Dude, it has an APFSDS round that has the same performance as Britain’s 120mm APDS round.
It’s not good and has never been a good APFSDS round.
Every other APFSDS round at 8.7 is superior by at least 50% over T-55AM-1’s round.
All T-55AM-1 can do is defend somewhat against HEAT, and that’s it.
Jadgpanzer IV has Panther armor at 4.3, far more armor than KV-1E and people claim that’s OP.
ZTZ-88’s APFSDS rounds pens 53% more than T-55AM-1’s APFSDS round.
ZTZ-88 is a far superior vehicle.
It’s only going to get worse too.
With the exception of the F-14D and the F-15C, every other upcoming US or US-produced aircraft is going to have just as much of not more absurd ordinance.

OP tank is 2S38 - Swiss army knife tank with suspicious survivability.
OP plane is F-5E - Easy mode flight model that wins dogfights against any jet below 12.0.
Both are dominant at their BR and are still a threat to vehicles above their BR. Put them at 11.0 so they can struggle a bit in an upteir.

Go compare the 3BM25 to the ZTZ88’s and you’ll see that isn’t the case.
My Favorite OP Vehicles currently are the Begleitpanzer 57 and the PUMA.
If played correctly you are just a kill machine against Tanks, CAS and Helis.
PUMA even got a Radarlock recently, since then any Helis I see get obliterated.
On the lower Ranks I like to troll with the Swedish SAV 120mm Autocannon

That said, I think it is a solid vehicle, but I feel like it’s too much of a “one-trick pony” to call it OP.
It’s casemate so you have to turn your entire vehicle to aim, it has poor depression, it’s HUGE, and with no armor at all you’re very vulnerable. In terms of mobility I think it’s underpowered, it feels sluggish to drive.
All these drawbacks makes for a niche vehicle, which requires a very specific strategy and map situation for it to work.
The VIDAR however… it’s criminally good, and could easily go up in BR.
The only tank that I would call OP is T18E2
Yes but it’s to help fight against the pantsir primarily, but even then it’s much easier to kill the pantsir than the f16 or gripen
337mm vs 335mm? The t55AMs round also has much better angled performance and it gets an ATGM. It also has much more effective armour against HEAT. It also has worse optics and can’t tank APFSDS from any tank at its BR

I agree 100% I just think a 3 second auto loader is nuts for the BR. I’ve also tanked APHE from things like the is3 somehow in that thing. I just think it fits my play style specifically very well and it could definitely go up

Use 60 degrees, flat armor stops existing at 8.0, and correct T-55 has worse optics.

I do love me the f5e, but I still think it fits 10.7, we just need more decompression then we can move it up, because that thing is not as good as other 11.0 like the JA37C or the Mig23M
