If you make a acc on playstation and then transfer it to pc you are not able to access the gaijin store and most premiums, is there a workarounfd to this

You didnt transfer anything, just logged in from pc, and no, there is no way, if you want to buy GE or packs you have to do it from the playstation store (mobile version also works)
