Mate, all those F5s are so good. I remember when I got my F5 in the US research tree…I was like, wow, this is my first good US jet! I ruined my player card with Phantoms trying to get to the F16s and F15s. They do so many things so well as long as you keep up the speed.
Now I have about every US plane and come to find out when I started going back, the Sabres are really hot as well…Those F5s, I also have the Japanese “Thai Fighter”, are a plane where amid all the missiles I seek to engage with those fire cannons, some of the best cannon in the game! NICE

I happen to do very well in Mirages, I like delta wings and Im not bad in my Mig21 family either…the Mirages are some very good planes in WT and you dont see many people talking about them.
Nice MiikaLaakso! The Mirage 2000C is one plane I have I forget about, it is a plane I have gotten 4 airkills in quite a few times, but I can never break 5…Last night in my Me109 G2trop I got 4 and 3 assists…LOL, at that BR people are firing on a plane you set on fire, that really irks me!

Alvis Wisla, seems to be the “smarty” out of all of us…got a nice little comment for everyone, flight performance dubious to me.
AlphaJet TH. My most used plane in this game, I’ve used nothing but it for months now. If you need decent IR missiles and slower flight performance this thing is good enough. BUT, its low speed dogfight capability and incredible cannon (once you learn the ballistics, its 10 rounds a kill) you can out dogfight F-5, Mig21, J7, MiG23, literally anyone who doesn’t boom and zoom you and sticks the fight WILL die. just don’t get third partied (it will happen unfortunately) and you cant loose

as of 30 seconds ago. highest was 7 with the ayit (A-4N) but this was with no returns to the airfield and only using 2 of the 4 missiles. taking the gunpod turns this into a mini version of the A10, but with speed. and since you shouldn’t be turn fighting anyone (delta config) the extra weight isnt a massive issue compared to the upsides. anyone in an ariete can deal with you, but not if you shove an Aim9D in their direction before they notice you. you also perfectly counter the F104. flare incoming missiles, wait for the inevitable overshoot and have the aim9D primed. as soon as your nose is over the exhaust fire it and watch as they panic!

Missiles add too much variation IMO. You launch them and you’re unable to influence what they do from there. Sometimes they’ll ignore all countermeasures and hit the target, others they’ll chase a butterfly on the other side of the map. And sometimes there’s a very fun bug where they’re completely invisible.
Highest I’d go is 9.0 for one of the Sabres, the F-86F-40 is a personal favorite.
Yeah ayit is op. I got a 8 kill game in an ayit ngl the rwr change also helps surviving more.

I love that plane but Im in a hotel travelling 70% of the time with slow internet and the FPS is like 20, I do not have a good record in it, but I cant wait to get home to fly it more (at&t fiber).

No, not at all, everybody has unique planes they like and do well in, thats why I sit and laugh when they are arguing about the “best” plane.
DEFYN, who is really super good, the YouTube guy, every plane he hates are planes I do well in, so there it is.
Im terrible in Phantoms, but I wish I were good in them, they have such an amazing loadout, and are straight missile trucks.

Yes youre right mate, that thing is a beast, especially now after the updates, BR changes…etc.
Its the plane that it is in “reality” now.
Defyn is simply good at the game, he can do good in anything but just like everyone else he seems to hate certain playstyles
