I know heatfs is notoriously inconsistent, but NOT this bad. Checked again in armor protection analysis, should’ve pen’d anywhere and disabled it.

The hit analysis can be a bit buggy sometimes. It’s also based on client side information so can also just be wrong.
Have you checked the server replay to see if that is actually where you hit or if there was any client server desync making the client show you incorrect information?
