IAR 83 Vultur is on the rigth br?

I have the IAR 83 Vultur and i feel like he underperforms too much to 9.3, its too hard to get kills with this plane and he is not good in air rb too, in high speeds compresses to much, when he gets on the right speed the retention is horrible and at low speeds it can get energy because the engines are too weak, i really dont understand what made gaijin select this plane.

I just want to understand this, i feel this plane should be a 8.3 plane and even there i think he will suffer, the saabs, g91’s, f84’s are way better.

Gaijin please pick decent vehicles to bring to italy, if you have selected the super tucano to be a event vehicle it would be way better than the vultur.

Its great at 9.3, ballistics computer with the 500kg bombs.

But compared to other planes like the A4 it lacks helpful things like flares, smart ammunition (i dont know if the vultur had access, problably not)

Is the same thing as the jaguar, underperforms because we have so much better uptions, for the vultur could be the g91ys, far more manoverable and have ballistics computer too

The A-4E is just undertiered.
