well, now is late, but for future events : you need 8/10 stars to get the coupon and 10/10 to get the “coupon modification” ( I don’t know how to name it ). Then you need to apply that modification, yes it doesn’t auto apply.
It’s kinda same process with battle pass, you can get the vehicle coupons but you need the modification to make them sellable
Which is an insanely stupid system.
The top reward of the event is “you can now sell your reward” and if you do we (Gajin) get even more money for you spending 80h or so on grinding the event.
you don’t need to spend that 80hs, you can buy stars with the GE you got from the last event sold vehicle ( -15%)
So I do not need to spend 80h gridning because I spend 80h grinding?

If you dont have all star unlicked you cannot make your past vehicle sellable as a coupon.
