it doesnt have armour, it doesnt have a good cannon. the only good thing about it is the speed. its basicly a tier 6 light tank with the cannon of a tier 5 tank made to look like a tier 7 mbt

It’s good enough at 9.3, and any major buffs would probably send it to 9.7, putting it in a substantially worse position. Maybe it could get a minor reload buff, and/or smoke grenades and remain at 9.3, but anything more would push it up higher.
It’s extremely fast, with extremely good gun handling, and you don’t need a ton of pen when you can and will flank everyone. Play it like a high tier M18.
