I really hope FPV drone handling is still WIP

From what I saw and how the drones currently handle ingame they control too much like helicopters and they feel very sluggish and control more like a DJI drone might act however FPV drones handle very different I also suggest making the view be limited to first person it would be great for immersion

But fr it is like heli, cause there is already helis, if it was up to me they should have sticked first with “loitering” type of ammunition, that would be controlled like planes and remind you of early wt grb with japanese planes

yeah but even with heli they can like atleast try to get the handling right

Member last american heli with push propeller? If it could not be “fully” implemented, i doubt they would have used more resources for ‘niche’ feature in a CBT, as there is much more to do before that…

Management requires balancing of resources, which in return “optimizes” on niche features, just gotta wait for the time of when they have the resources if it ever comes…


PS: Is it weird to find ‘recently’ developed or ‘used’ weapons a bit distasteful\technicality challenged in games? Personally i would put some kind of time limit of 10-15y for new systems to be ‘tested’ out a bit, and be properly mature systems, with some counter measures. Otherwise gaming wise it just so much misinformation / cutting edge technology uncertainty.

Like imagine if you were to add Fifth gen rn, it would just branch out into shit ton of questions like ‘how to implement X Fifth g. feature" and “What pylons\missile to give”, and it won’t answer "why are you adding 5th gen when even "rear facing’ radars are not implemented", thus the question is “Why does Snail want to add FPV”

I mean they chose to add FPV drones could ah e just not added them if they will just half ass it
