I logged on this morning and I have -2500 GE. I haven’t refunded anything ever nor bought anything for months. I can’t play the game until this gets resolved because it’s banned me until I purchase something I have no reason to purchase

You need to contact customer support and file a support ticket, only customer support can help regarding a negative GE balance.
