Spawning in a loaded Su34 is like 1028 sp if i remember right.
Also a aam loaded aircraft should only be about 638 sp if I recall.

It depends, I think an 11.7 like the FA2 I think is about that much maybe. But I think the higher BR ones like the F-15, Typhoon, Gripen are more like 700+.
But the point still stands, if the ONLY defence available for most nations is to spawn in an aircraft, then it shouldnt cost as much as it does currently.
1x Pantsir can put up enough of a defence to at least make life difficult for any attacking aircraft, if not hard counter many. It costs 70 SP. ADATS is basically just target practice.
Realistically, I think a ARH equipped CAP aircraft should be no more than maybe 300 SP.
I think a ARH only with non-ground attack belts should be 385 SP.

A pantsir is only good if they fly straight. I can count plenty of times, me trying to shoot down an f16, and it does one hard pull and drops a tiny bit of chaff and suddenly the aam misses. Repeat and repeat. (Tbf he was of a demographic that is known to be massive cheaters).
That is all I would ask for. (maybe a little less than that maybe)
To me it just seems insane that something like a Sea Harrier FA2 (with literally only 4x AMRAAM, no IR, no Guns, no bombs, no rockets, nothing else) costs 3x more than a Heli like the Apache with a gun, Starstreaks and rocket pods. Let alone something like the KA-52 with 8? IGLAs
Your biggest problem isn’t that the missiles go X distance or the ATGM kills you in one shot, it’s that they don’t even have to look for you, the map size plays a lot into what weapon systems can do, and it’s too easy right now in the game to get any Air with a full ground load out. The game is too fast, making it a game of who gets the Plane first…
A game where the map is larger and the teams are spread out would make a lot of the issues of CAS less painful. The fact that the USA (NATO) end tech tree AA can’t do anything like the S1 makes for CAS viability one-sided.
Your argument for me at least lacks the core problem fix and suggests intentionally nerfing something far outside its operational stats, that’s a bad way of fixing a problem… Oh I don’t like how the tiger tank armor is increased when he angles should we Buff all ammo to pen it for balance’s sake???
I think the Ka-52 only gets 4 iglas. Not like the iglas are good anyways.
But the Helicopters are easier because they are super easy to kill. Planes get free kills from them.
And anti air is on par if not better than all helis in the game.
I wish they would add helicopter AA back in some manner. Such as a ZSU-23-4 maybe ??
I agree, past 6.7 every game is over in 5 mins. It’s super fu*king boring. And worthless to play.
I like hard fought wins where I’ve dealt and received blows doesn’t have to be a win, doesn’t have to be a loss. Just a fun match

You don’t have the higher sp cost of the Russian helis, and you don’t have the egregious spawn cost (it’s balanced) over 1000+sp

No they don’t, See Swedish trials nerf to NATO tanks or russian documentation about the strella nerfing the stinger and mistral, or literal propaganda videos for the layout of the T-90M’s spall liner, or the Kronshtadt (the entire ship is fake), or the Yak-141… the list goes on.

I think the key difference is the IOG.
F-16, F-15, Gripen, Harrier, etc. If they fire an AGM-65 at you, you have loads of time to pop smoke and missile defeated.
If a Su-34 fires a KH-38 at you, you have half the time to spot the threat due to the increased speed and then you dont just have to drop smoke, but also stop moving, drop smoke, move in a different direction, sacrifice the blood of a dozen goats to the snail god, and ideally try and get behind some cover.
AASM does have some of the same power (though much slower) , so its no longer a soviet only issue, but that is the problem, the IOG. Imo, that needs to be disabled on all AGMs (AASM and PGMs included) until such time balance is better acheivable.
GO to top tier it’s russians, Germans, and French RN. the US tanks got killed on the way to the point and cant spawn in a plane.

I didnt realize that the very top br is the only thing that exists. even then, i have been using the f15e to grind the event in ground rb. been working pretty good.
