Pantsir is way more then enough to deal with it sure 12.3 might be too much but it should stay on 12.7

But by extension it is 100% stronger than almost other 12.7 in CAS and AA. It makes a point if the closest is Su27SM or J11B. However things without bombs are also stuck at this BR.
On the grounds that it is one of 2 highly capable, self-defence, “Strike aircraft” (the other being the Su-34 at 13.0) then it probably should go up despite the minor benefit to having a lower SP cost.
The US, Israel and Soviets get a unique advantage of being able to spawn in a decent multirole fighter (the F-16 and Su-30 respectively) and then respawn again without the increased SP cost by spawning in a strike fighter (F-15E/I and Su-34 Respectively).
This advantage is rather massive. Another nation, such as Germany will spawn in a Typhoon (which I do personally consider weaker at the moment than all other 13.0 CAS, but thats another matter) and then if they wish to bring a second aircraft, their only option is the Tornado ASSTA1. This is repeated for a lot of nations, such as Britain with either the Tornado Gr4 or Harrier Gr7, Sweden with the AJS37, etc etc. The only other nation that has something is Italy with the AV-8B+ but its not even close to the F-15E in terms of either CAS or CAP and is very weak in multirole.
I do also think the F-16C could probably do with being 13.0 as well, and the only aircraft that should be 12.7 are aircraft like the Gripen C which have a stupidly restricted loadout in comparison

So the F-15E should be 12.7 because of the Pantsir? Okay, so that means the Rafale and Eurofighter should be 12.7 too, since they don’t have Pantsirs in their lineup.

Ef2k can be 12.7 or better solution is to give it 6 ir brimstones and make it 13.0 but that will annoy ef2k players cuz its not realistic

As i said if u give 6 ir brimstones that seems fair but its not realistic so idk how well it will be accepted
Or they could add SAL-Only Brimstone 2s (which is the earliest version of the Brimstone the Typhoon actually used) which would do as a stop-gap until MMW.
Perhaps throw a few GPS-Only Spear-3s in there for stand off power too

The Typhoons should have some form of quantity mitigation and Id rather be soft-limited to 6x FnF Brimstone 2s than be stuck with 18x SAL-Brimstone 1s for all eternity.
The key is to apply a form of mitigation that is fair and doesnt screw the Typhoon (and perhaps more importantly the Tornado GR4) in air modes
Yet the meta CAS that is the F-15E needs to go down to 12.3 because American mains are all round terrible at the game. The F-15E and F-15I are amazing jets, not my fault that people sick at the game.

The king is now the Su-34 with the non-existent imbalanced KH-38MT. I played the F-15E today and decided to launch an AGM-65D from respawn and you know only one hit the target because all the others were either killed or went behind an obstacle. This is the same problem as with Hellfires, they are slow and because of their slowness you can’t hit 90% of your opponents.
So one thing broken doesn’t serve as an excuses for another thing to sit lower or at it current br. Sure Su34/30 is broken , who would have thought. Might as well throw in EF and Rafael in just to balance out the playing field. They are all great CAS even if F15E armaments are not the best. Yet even if it got the worst out of all the top tier CAS, that doesn’t mean it should be lowered to 12.3 just because you feel like so , you don’t want to go that way , lowering it will make every single 11.3 eat shit cause the actual competent US player now gonna abuse it and ruin literally everyone fun. I know you not the sharpest tool but if you can’t think about any other nation beside USSR and US then please do not talk about game balancing
I don’t think it needs to go down, the kh-38 slingers need to go up, also the main issue is that the pantsir easily detects and shoots down the agm-65, F-15 is still a great all around platform in grb but the SU-30 is king right now.
The F-15E actually has to try to get kills unlike The Su-30/Su-34. It also has to fight pantsirs which the Su-30 and Su-34 don’t have to.
