I love how yall just artificially nerfed the Churchills into the Ground

The Churchills LITTERALLY had a 40mm Thick firewall WITH Extra anti Frag plate steel over it, Because they KNEW this was a issue, that the air intakes were a weak spot.

WHY do you refuse to model that? and just have us die to shots like this, that are TOTAL bull, because like i said, they KNEW this was a issue, and reinforced the Firewall between the Engine and the crew compartment to compensate, it was 40mm thick, and had a EXTRA soft steel plate over that to eat up fragmentation.

I’m just gonna say what the only reasonable thing here is, which is to tell you to bug report it with proof and if convinced gaijin will change it. I say, “if convinced” because contrary to what some “loyalists” will tell you, they don’t act uniformly on bug reports.

A lot of more modern tanks got their internal firewall modeled, but almost the entire brit lineup still does not have any. That being said, a lot of older tanks retractively got internal bulkheads. The BMP-1 has a bulkhead around its engine, but none of the centurions, churchills, ect have them. With the absurb prevalence of RNG overpressure, its a rather significant problem. I have a video of a <1kg HEAT round hitting the side of my tank near the back of the engine and overpressuring my centurion. At this point, i’ve just given up on brits due to the overwhelming quantity of detrimental mechanics (shell shatter, horrific early apds and all apcr postpen, hesh, ect)
