This is a post for people that play the SEPV2,SEP and think they’re getting a good gameplay while there’s a tank that’s literally better at everything other than Thermals, it’s the M1A1 HC.
I’ve played hundreds of battles in it and i can be 100% sure about what explaining here.
Any US player can go ahead and try it, your turret cheeks can tank even DM53 sometimes.

It’s indeed painful, but once you get the first APFSDS then you’re going to experience the best Abrams.
The 11.7 Abrams are 12.0 tanks at 11.7, its fun to abuse them. US players are a curse and a blessing. The turret cheeks can tank DM53 up until 20m (point blank) btw.
The M1A2/M1A1 HC (Without Dozer)/Click-Bait are identical to the SEP at 12.0 aside from thermals and the IRCM (useless anyway) for anyone wondering.
Ircm doesnt work at all i think its bugged
Only works against like, standard BMP-2 missiles. (Its completely useless)

It’s a well known fact that HC and Click Bait are basically 12.0 tanks but can’t go there since one of them is a premium.
All the up-armoured Abrams has the same protection, if you can perform in the HC then you will do the same with M1A2, AIM and Clickbait, heck I would even recommend anyone to remove the tusk on sep so their turret become less exposed. By not equipping them you ended up with a HC that has better zoom and thermals.

yeah its a shame really its such a good tank, the teams always drag back
but most the game is also like from last update, i havent play US ground in a while while
Just had a look at overall trends for AIM, winrate seems to have gone up to over 50% this year.
Might be worth giving it another go. I’ll get around to US top-tier one day, lol.
US win rates in general have spiked up
Remember when people were adamant US has below 40% WRs because tanks were awful and beyond saving ?
All of a sudden all those gained +10% practically over night without receiving any major changes.
