This is the battle I played
The battle does not even show up anywhere on the “info”-UI:
Remember the match I have not recived any rewards from started on 14:58. That means it should sit between the match started at 14:57 and the other started at 15:28. It does not
I have tried playing another match(the one at 15:28) I also logged in- and out, to no avail.

No cus I had the same exact amount of SL. on top of that I was doing the “Destroy 10 units wager” and that infact also did not recieve any update after the battle
I’ve had this happen before, i think it was caused by the server the match was played on crashing while calculating results but i’m not sure. Can you see the game if you check your server replays on the website?
There is nothing really that can be done sadly. but its very rare for this to happen. I have about 12k total battles and i think i’ve only seen it once or at most twice.
I lost about 200K SL. I wrote to support, hoping they can figure something out. I dont see why Gaijin cant calcualte the rewards and give them to me
I have no idea how or even if it can be solved. but you can always hope :)
Unfortenutly happens on console way too many times. But complaining about it or thinking they will somehow give you reward you earned fairly is delusional so I just continue to play and stoped with doing other people job.

I had the same situation 2 or 3 times in the past.
This is not entirely correct. I had some time ago the issue that i did not receive certain rewards (counting for daily tasks) for some matches.
I contacted support, they denied me the rewards like 3 time “Mission decider” but they refunded me the the 3 x 5.000 SL for each of those cases.
The only annoying thing was that they required me to create a bug report…
Vanishing matches are nothing new - i recommend trying to contact support, there is no objective reason why anybody would fake a screenshot of a non-existing battle.
Oh good for you, I acctually also had similar problem, send message to support, reported bug, waited for 3 days so that guy would be like “Oh you know today is last day of this bla bla” and then asked me to go thru over 300 battles I did over weekend to send him ones I should get rewards for…
Like are you mocking me or??? Like you should do that, so I just closed bug and wrote extremely bad review, never got rewards, neever got reply, noone was punished…So yeah
Why? Did you do what you were asked? Or did you just ungratefully ignore the instructions of someone who just wanted to help you?

Like it didnt accrue to you that maybe they can see my last games in diffrent way since they are support by checking my username??? Oh you didnt think of that?
You think thats all worthy for a decale? Common, maybe just MAYBE they could lets say give us event that actually works and so I dont need to record every game I play ???
Or is it too much to ask for a event that works properly as intended???
If after the battle ends (and you waited till it actually ends, not when you leave the battle), you still do not have any info on it, please restart the game (data should be sync) and check tab again.
If there is nothing there, please send a ticket to support, they should be able to check it.
There is nothing we can do on forum to help you with that, sorry.
Doing some personal trips against each other will not help any of you, so please stop.
