I did send support an email. That is extremely strange…I don’t use bots or anything. I had one great game last night live on stream with 6 kills in ground rb. Maybe somebody got mad? Idk I have played legit

Not how reports work. If you do t breal the rules, reporting you does nothing.
Handing out auto perma-bans from a single player-made report simply because the report exists would be one of the dumbest things a company could do.

Are players even able to bot or cheat while using a console?
Console means nothing; it shows that even if you are on a PC using a console account. Even then, consoles are not that much harder to cheat on. This dude is probably just butthurt that he was banned for trying to sell botting services.
Honest to God I don’t know how to bot and I don’t sell bot accounts man. I started on Xbox back in 21 and moved to PC a few months later with my Xbox account. The only thing I’m guilty of is being a wallet warrior early on and not learning through the long grind
You can even play it with Xbox app with a xbox account using a PC client

That would be a questionable experience quality wise tbh… I prefer to just use my console in person
