Test drive shows vehicle performance of a spaded tank. You need to unlock LRF in modifications.

As said above, this is not a bug. It gets it in battle ONCE the modification for it is unlocked. In test drive you have a setting currently enabled that gives all modifications to the vehicle whether they’ve been unlocked or not. You need to unlock the “LWS/LR” modification that gives this vehicle a laser rangefinder and laser warning receiver.
