Did you face the same or similar issue and how has it been resolved?
I got the Black Friday Pack, bought it through Steam. 4 vehicles (I received those) + title “Back in black”.
Unlike the bundle in the Gaijin store I knew there are no golden eagles or premium time included but it clearly mentioned the title:
Can i resolve this by clicking somewhere?
Until the support fixes this in the course of 7 days I am not allowed to play the newly bought vehicles right?

Steam and War Thunder are connected. I did receive the 4 vehicles but not the title. Just to clarify.
I submitted a customer support ticket in the technical category already. Hope this is ok?
Seems that I’m NOT allowed* to play the 4 vehicles before it’s resolved it seems which is… also weird. I don’t want a refund.
