I cannot scout in my light tank i have a bind for it btw

i cannot scout in ground rb with my light tank and yes i do have a bind for it. whenever i use my binoculars it never shows the icon thing for scouting. pls help

Only Rank II+ vehicles have scouting (light and some TDs), as almost all in Rank I are “light” by design.
