I am unable to submit anything to the support team

I tried to report an issue that was causing anti-cheat to falsely kick me for “Disallowed Program [Virtual Machine].”

When I went to go submit it, it said I needed to attach files that my laptop would not let me attach.
I have a ROG Zephyrus G14 that’s about 2 years old by now.

I then tried to go to the support website but found out I needed an account to report an issue. What is with all of this bureaucracy for a game??

I finally came here, making an account after exhausting all other attempts at contacting the support team, just to find out what is going on with my game.

For more context, I would spend extra long in the loading screen to enter a battle only to be kicked out by anti cheat. I initially thought this was just from me lagging, but after trying 4 separate times and closing out all applications except for discord and war thunder, I still got ejected from every single match I tried to play. In one match, I was able to drive for 26 seconds only to be ejected from the match.

Please help!

This is odd, what error did you get while trying to attach the files?

It’s the same account that you log in to play with, same here on the forum (it seems like you have created a new account here on the forum instead of logging in with the account you play with).
