How was russian bias created? and does this still exist?

A) the point isnt if it was 10 or 1000 extra HP. Point is there was an advantage without any proper explanation.

As i said this “advantage” does not have any significant positive effect so logically is not an advantage it’s nothing.

Also vehicles like the 2S38 are the most highly requested vehicle to get a BR increase every single BR change and it never does. It could easily be 10.7/11.0 but isnt. (and they also have a P2W set of vehicles at that BR too, its kinda insane)

People are hysterical over the 2S38, as nice as it’s weapon system is, ultimately it gets utterly kneecapped by being a BMP-3 chassis. Go look at this absolute beast of a vehicle in Statshark and marvel at how incredibly mid it performs.
Personally as a LT degenerate, I wouldn’t buy a 2S38 at 50% off.

As for the P2W set of vehicle, don’t see it.
The TURMS is at it’s core a T-72A, which is 9.3 for a reason.
The T-80 is the only mobile Soviet tanks, so the UD fixes that with it’s terrible engine.
The T-80U-E1 is just the T-80U with a different canon.
The T-80UK is the only actually interesting one with Shtora giving you a very nice LWS.
The BMP-2M is much like the 2S38 a nice weapon system mated to a not so nice chassis.
