How to vacation a crew

I used to be able to vacation a crew but now cant find how.
Also I’d like to a plane to my main crew, I made a mistake adding a plane to a rookie crew.

Drag whatever you want to move & put it in the remove option. It will vacate the slot. To put the plane in a main slot remove it first from whatever slot it’s in, Then drag & replace the desired slot. Or just simply drag it into another slot.
