How to spot out hackers?

Hi Lads

I ran into a situation which im not sure off. Please help. It was just a normal match, after two mins i feel weird. Player TadashiXXXX was aiming at others, As soon as i lasered him, he immediately aimed towards me and fires. Im 100% sure that he cant see me cuz im out of his gunner sight. I even checked the replay and im indeed at outside of his gunner sight. He was playing Al-Khalid which dont gets laser warning. Im feeling hes a hacker. Am i correct? Please correct me if im wrong.

If, after that, you still think he is cheating, please use server replay functionality to create a report (be sure to mark proper time stamp, so Game Maters know where to look).
Game Masters will check the report, and if valid, act and punish rule breaker.
