This is possibly a stupid question, but i’m (on a Linux PC) trying to connect with my Son’s Xbox account and enable voice chat … Apparently calling each other on mobiles in separate rooms and shouting into our phones is not acceptable to the wife…
We are friends and in a squad already, however i’ve noticed the (text) chat in hanger doesn’t seem to work (showing as unavailable) … I tried setting up a headset (a Microsoft one no less…) which works fine, I did the tests in war thunder settings and that worked fine
However in hanger and in game I could not hear him
Any suggestions ? is there an idiots step by step guide anywhere ?

Even though this game crashes it is now my favorite game and my boy loves it!
