I didn’t get War Thunder off steam so I’m unable to see the total amount of hours I have, is there any other way that I can see my total hours played?

You can see vehicle playtime in your stats card, or here. There isn’t any steam style hours tracker anywhere else afaik.
You can go to your player statistics where you will see time played in multiple categories. Adding each category up will give you total time played. This is especially accurate, moreso than the Steam number which counts time idling in hangar.
It will take some work, but the numbers will give you a good reflection on your gameplay experience.
