After playing toptier helicopters for some time, I must admit that they require much more skill than i initially assumed. You are always at a disadvantage when fighting SPAA’s. Their missiles are faster and they always know where you are thanks to their radar. Sometimes they just pin you to the ground and it feels like there is nothing you can do.
I have a question for experienced pilots. Let’s say I am hovering behind terrain, facing a pantsir which knows exactly where I am. Having AKD-10’s or a NATO equivalent at my disposal, what are my options in a given situation?

no way ,This version is already the version of aircraft against ground air defenses, and all helicopters without “fire and ignore” missiles have fallen behind versions

I understand. Having fire and forget missiles would obviously make it much easier for Z10 to fight back. Unfortunately this is not the case as of now.
Is there really nothing I can do then?
I wouldn’t count myself as “experienced pilot”, but from logic (and from that I saw)
Short answer: You dont
Longer answer: Very carefully. Rely on terrain to get in rangerand fire missile, always keep some form of cover (or said terrain) to which you can retreat/dive if you’re being fired upon. Prefiring missile to the area which (should) contain SPAA also helps (as in you fire, let it get closer and then increase altitude until you see the SPAA and lock on it (you dont need to see it in full, just disabling it armament or radar is enough)). Engaging it while it being busy with other air targets it also good way
Unless you are really good in helis you either wait for spaa to be occupied with other aircraft or just play one with fnf missiles.
