Before spawning in a ground vehicle in ground arcade, is there a way to see whether the CAS selection is going to be helicopters or planes? Some SPAA are better suited for fighting one or the other, and currently it feels like a coin flip on which one I should first spawn, for example, USSR 8.7 has the Shturm-S, which is excellent at shooting down helicopters, but not so effective at shooting down planes, and the Shilka, which is good at tracking planes but not that good at fighting helicopters kilometers away

Far from what I know there’s no way to know which vehicle the other guy can spawn in, the only thing that you have of information is the queue and the available vehicles for you either is a helicopter or a airplane.
