How to change store currency?

At the beginning of every month I buy something for my own amusement in the store. However, this month, when I went to buy new products, I saw that when I paid the amount tripled, i.e. the calculation of the product was not correct. Let me explain.

When I enter the store without logging in, the currency of the product is that of my country (Brazil - R$). However, when I log in, the amount is in ($). This means paying up to 3 times the price of the product in my country. The point is that without logging in I’m in my country, but when I log in I’m in another.

Yes, I checked to see if there was a VPN installed on my PC without my authorization, but there isn’t. All the sites, maps and geolocation indicate that I’m exactly where I am (Brazil), only when I log in does Gaijin consider that I’m somewhere else (teleportation?).

A very important point to consider is that in the “User Profile” my residence has always remained in Brazil, with a history of previous payments, all with means that only exist in Brazil.

I don’t know what else to do and unfortunately I haven’t been able to take advantage of the promotions. :-,

Well, 1R$ is .20 of a USD, so technically, your paying 5 times, but exchange rate should still be the same price unless gaijin has different price points in other countries. Needless to say, contact gaijin support.
