How to change color of damaged modules - I rly need that

So, nearly everything you can change in the UI.
But.
Am I blind, or how to change the nearly invisible RED color when you damage a module/crew member of enemy tank ?
Its in the top right corner right under the animation.

I changed nearly all UI to better use, but this is getting me MAD.
Is there ANY way how to change the color from red to Yellow for example ?

I went through all the TUTS, and didnt see a word about that.
IMHO is the most important thing when in combat.

I would PAY for modification, that can alter the color, and even better move the texts from right top corner idealy to the center of the screen.
That would be INSANE improvement.

I rly wonder, why this is not a thing after 12 yrs this game is running.

And 2nd question:

how to make the icons in the middle of the screen (where you see ammo types/number of ammo, etc) 50% smaller ? Or at least 2/3 of its size ?
Im using 1440p, and the icons are GIGANTIC.

Like QOL is important for me.
