I killed more then 3 guys on top , but im not the first. Why?
They did actions that earned them extra points. I think tanking shots, taking shots that hit, helping secure points and I think being near the action all give you extra points. You probably just saw and killed every time you saw with one shot.

You did not scored clean kills - you did not deserve to be on top.
The reason that you were number 4 is that you finished off an already severely damaged aircraft - meaning you stole 90 points from the guy who managed to score the severe damage whilst you both get rewarded with a kill.
Mission score for severe damage: 360
Mission score for aircraft destroyed / finished off: 90
Mission score for a hit: 25 points
Mission score for a crit: 150 points
The severe damage mechanic is ~ 10 months in place…

Tnc for anser , thats mean one target can be scored as “frag” even if you crit / fatal / and finish one. Right?

No - it means that as soon as you (or somebody else) scores a severe damage this guy will receive a kill for his stats (unless the damaged enemy does not manage to rtb and repair his plane) and has immediately earned a mission score of 360 points even in case another player is firing on it.
And the second guy will get also a kill reward but just 90 points mission score if he is able to kill all pilots, all engines or to shoot the tail off.
This does not work if you score just a “critical hit”. You get mostly an assist if your target crashes and somebody else scored a severe damage after you on the same target. Sometimes you don’t even get an assist.
The guy on #1 had obviously 2 clean kills and an assist, #2 just 2 clean kills plus multiple hits and the 135 points " i got killed" mission score, #3 used either incendiary bombs, way too large bomb(s) for a base, finished 2 damaged bases and/or used a premium and scored a clean kill…
